At The DoughMestic Goddess, every loaf is made fresh from scratch and naturally leavened with my 50-year-old sourdough starter. I believe in real ingredients, slow fermentation, and a return to traditional breadmaking—without preservatives, fillers, or shortcuts. My breads are crafted with simple, intentional ingredients like freshly milled high protein, Hard Red wheat and ancient grain Einkorn flour, filtered alkaline water, Himalayan salt, organic cow’s milk and naturally fermented sourdough starter, plus real add-ins like local raw honey, fresh organic fruit, spices, and cheese for specialty flavors.
